The position available is:
- Full-time (76 hours/fortnight)
- Working Monday to Friday
- Based in Sydney Olympic Park with flexible working from home arrangements available

About the Opportunity
The Product Owner is responsible for leading Flourish Australia’s development and maintenance of integrated digital solutions that supports the delivery of its strategy. The position explores and keeps up to date with emerging relevant technologies, and identifying opportunities to leverage technology to advance Flourish Australia's purpose.The position champions innovation and has a particular focus on maximising the value and impact of Flourish Connect (Dynamics 365) and Emplive (Workforce Solutions).
The Product Owner identifies and connects business needs, user experience, and technology, with a focus on digital innovation. The role champions innovation and drives the development of digital products that deliver exceptional value. The Product Owner engages with users and service owners, to understand the needs of the operations team to ensure solutions address and support necessary service outcomes. It defines and leads user acceptance testing, gathering firsthand user feedback, and ensuring processes are efficient and support good customer experiences.
From a technology perspective, the Product Owner will possess sufficient and relevant technical knowledge, effectively collaborating with the relevant technical team to define the product vision, lead the iteration process, solve problems, and manage the scope of initiatives. A key focus will be to ensure systems are fit for purpose and comply with operational needs and requirements including current funding and reporting guidelines and requirements.

About You
This role involves defining the product vision, strategy, and development roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes and user experience for Flourish Australia staff members. We are seeking an experienced professional who will:
- Work proactively in an autonomous manner and in a team environment
- Have excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with experience presenting to stakeholders and / or Senior Leadership executives
- Have strong problem-solving abilities to analyse user needs and market trends whilst managing expectations
- Actively promote a culture that strives for and values continuous quality improvement

Selection Criteria
Essential:
- Proven experience in Software as a Service (SaaS) and web application product ownership.
- Three (3) or more years of work experience in a similar digital Product Owner, Product Manager, Delivery Manager roles or similar.
- Excellent communication skills with experience in change management, and the ability to manage complex iterative tasks and projects with minimal oversight.
- Ability to clearly communicate product vision through roadmaps and epics.
- Strong understanding of end-to-end business processes, including front-office operations and back-office functions.
- Demonstrated excellent stakeholder engagement and liaison skills.
- Demonstrated ability to challenge existing processes and drive continuous improvement and innovations.
- Ability to clearly define and articulate functional requirements to technical delivery teams (both vendors and internal).
- Clear understanding of integration pipelines, their purpose, and the necessary data points in upstream and downstream systems.
Desirable:
- A personal lived experience of a mental health issue or a carer of a person with a lived experience.
- Experience with Dynamics 365 Field Service.
- Experience with Workforce Solutions (Emplive).
- Experience in conducting user training.
- Qualifications in change management.
