The position available is:
- Full-time (76 hours/fortnight)
- Working Monday to Friday

About the Opportunity
As the Product Owner, Digital Platforms with Flourish Australia, you'll play a key role in shaping and enhancing the digital tools that support our people, services, and communities. You'll lead the vision, roadmap, and ongoing improvement of Flourish Australia's digital platforms, ensuring they are practical, user-friendly, and deliver meaningful value across the organisation.
Working closely with stakeholders across the business, you'll help translate organisational needs into clear priorities and effective digital solutions that improve the employee experience, strengthen service delivery, and support informed decision-making.
A key focus of the role is overseeing the delivery and continuous improvement of platforms such as Flourish Connect, Microsoft Fabric reporting, Emplive, TechnologyOne, and other key business platforms. You'll work closely with the Digital Platforms and Infrastructure Lead to oversee configuration, integration, vendor performance and system reliability to support compliant, connected and data-informed services.
The Product Owner connects business operations, leadership teams, and technology partners, by turning organisational needs into clear roadmaps, sprint priorities and delivery outcomes. You'll also lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), monitor delivery against Statements of Work (SOW) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

About You
This role involves defining the product vision, and development roadmap, collaborating with stakeholders to improve processes and user experience for Flourish Australia staff members. We are seeking an experienced professional who will:

Selection Criteria
Essential:
1. A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Product Owner or Digital Delivery Lead managing backlogs, sprint planning, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Agile or hybrid environments.
2. Proven track record governing external development partners and MSPs under Managed Service Agreements, holding vendors accountable to sprint commitments, SOWs, and SLAs.
3. Demonstrated experience maintaining and executing synchronized roadmaps across custom operational platforms, enterprise SaaS, and data environments.
4. Demonstrated hands-on experience capturing reporting requirements and overseeing dashboard/analytics delivery (specifically within Microsoft Fabric or Power BI).
5. Practical understanding of front-line and back-office integration flows linking CRM systems, workforce scheduling, and ERP/Finance/Payroll platforms.
6. Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, capable of translating complex operational needs into clear vendor specifications and managing expectations across all organisational levels.
Desirable:
- A personal lived experience of a mental health issue or a carer of a person with a lived experience.
- Functional familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service.
- Functional familiarity with TechnologyOne (HRP/Finance) and/or Workforce Solutions (Emplive).
- Relevant industry certifications (e.g. CSPO, PSPO, AgilePM, or Microsoft Certified).
